1. Acceptance
By visiting or using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
2. Information only
The content is informational and educational. It is not professional, legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
That includes AFIP/ARCA and any invoice or payment. Before you issue a receipt or move money, ask a professional.
3. You use them at your own risk
You build and run the recipes and automations. Test first, back up your data, and review what comes out.
We are not responsible for data loss, wrong invoices, duplicated payments, API bans, messages sent, fines, or downtime.
4. No warranty
The site is provided as is. It may contain errors or go out of date. Make, n8n, and the other tools change their APIs when they choose.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Total liability is capped at what you paid us. If you use the site for free, that cap is zero. This does not waive consumer rights that Argentine Law 24,240 does not allow you to give up.
6. Third-party services
Make, n8n, OpenAI, AFIP/ARCA, Mercado Pago, WhatsApp, and the other services have their own terms. We do not control them.
Trademarks belong to their owners. Naming them does not mean a partnership or an endorsement.
7. Affiliate links
Some links are affiliate links. We may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That does not change the recommendation.
8. Intellectual property
The site content is owned by RecetaFlow. You may use the recipes in your own business. Do not republish the site wholesale.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the site for anything illegal, or for scraping that harms the service. Search and AI crawlers allowed by robots.txt may still visit.
10. Newsletter
Subscriptions are handled by Kit, a third party. You can unsubscribe at any time. That list is described on the privacy page.
11. Indemnity
If misuse of the content, or a breach of law or of a third party’s terms, leads to a claim, you indemnify William Chan Lui.
12. Changes
These terms may change. The date above marks the current version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept it.
13. Governing law
Argentine law applies. The courts of the City of Buenos Aires have jurisdiction, without prejudice to consumer-protection venue rules.
14. Severability and contact
If one clause cannot be enforced, the rest still stands.
